We are from out of state and had issues with RAB and other sensors. Went to this dealership because it was closest to us. Arrived at 4:30 in afternoon and they were attentive and diagnosed problem within an hour. Problem happened to be in warranty but they couldn't fix it until following day. I do not mind sitting and waiting with my Dobie until my car is serviced. I have only had to have scheduled maintenance appointments. Everyone at Olathe Subaru are so nice, personable and professional. The dog park is a nice place for Lagertha to relieve herself and we always practice obedience lessons off lead if we are alone in the park. And I have enjoyed all my Subarus[sic].
Olathe Subaru service is fantastic. Chris and Troy are great to work with. We are big Outback fans, but sadly the new design just doesn’t work for us. LP, in sales, worked diligently to find us a 2025, but the car just wasn’t right. But because of our great experiences, we were determined to find a certified 2025 like we like, and it looks like we have! So our 4th Outback will soon be going to Olathe Subaru for service! I bought a 2025 certified pre owned Subaru Ascent from here a few weeks ago. Jaylen was very patient as I test drove the vehicle a couple of times before committing to purchasing on my 3rd visit. I had an appointment to inspect my car. The agent took me in on time. I noticed the facility was spotlessly clean. It was the cleanest, neatest car dealership I have ever been in. I had a great experience at Subaru of Olathe. The building is so nice and the people are warm and welcoming. I was able to test drive the car I was interested in with no pressure. And then when I did decide to purchase my salesman, Bryan, was absolutely awesome! Everything was fair and he worked hard to get me a deal that I could get behind. Everything went smoothly until I approached my car to leave. I noticed several marks on the driver's door that appeared to be scratches between the handle and the side view mirror. I got RJ to look at them and he took it to the detailing dept. After waiting another 45 minutes, RJ came back to say it had just been "dirt" which was removed. Everything looked okay and I left.

The A/C went out on my 2024 Forester at only 15,000 miles. Troy was my service manager who guided the whole experience. He was on top of everything from start to finish. Top notch mechanics here. Naomi was the tech that worked on my car as well as my brothers car. Very informative, professional, and great with scheduling. Cars alignment was phenomenal. Low tire pressure lights came on, so I drove my 2018 Forester to Olathe Subaru. I did not have an appointment, but that was no problem. Olathe Subaru has always given me 1st class service! They are checking my tires now and getting the tires all filled to the recommended tire pressure. I was very worried when the dashboard lights came on, but now I am happy and relieved! I went to this location expecting to spend over 1k on fixing my alignment as a different dealer had provided that estimate as the bolds were rusted and they would need to cut into the frame. Subaru Olathe was able to fix my alignment, rotate the tires, and perform a multi-point inspection for $190. They got the rusted bolts off by applying heat. I left a very happy customer! Only dealership I have ever been to that doesn’t upcharge you or oversell you on service. Thing is, I can do a lot of stuff on my own on my car, and a lot of places try to pull stuff over on you. This is the only dealership I trust, they have really gone above and beyond to earn my trust and it has made a difference. I will never go to anyone else other than Hector in service.
I had a nail in my tire and there was some confusion about my service agreement coverage. Troy was super helpful and patient to get it all straightened out, so I didn't end up having to pay anything. And it turns out the last time I had been there they hadn't realized I had coverage and had just covered the repair for free. And they have a very comfortable waiting area with outlets and snacks:)
